Skills Required : Process Knowledge: CNC turning experience is mandatory. Supervisory Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a supervisor in a component manufacturing company (automotive or non-automotive sector). CNC Programming: Knowledge of CNC programming (Fanuc) is desirable. CNC Tooling Knowledge: Familiarity with CNC tooling is required. Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and email writing. Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and manage the shop floor with a systematic approach and good performance.
